Soft Focus Photoshop Tutorial
This soft focus effect make portrait photos look dreamy and soft.

  1. First, open Photoshop and open a picture into Photoshop.

  2. Next, press Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer and then change the blending mode for the new layer to Screen.

  3. Select the top layer and then go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur. Then pick a setting you want. The larger number you use, the more blurred the effect will be.

  4. Now go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Levels and move the middle slider towards the right until you restore the correct exposure.
