 Pop Art Photoshop Tutorial Add this modern and high contrast pop art effect to your photos. It's quick and easy!
- First, pick a picture you want and open it inside Adobe Photoshop.
 - Next, duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl+J and then change the blending mode to Multiply.
 - Select the top layer and then go to Image> Adjustments> Threshold. Pick a setting that works best with your image.

- Now select the bottom layer and then go to Filter> Noise> Median. Adjust the radius until the color smooths out but not too much.
 - Here's the final results!
