Add this intense blast effect to your photos. This Photoshop effect will help add focus to the subject in your photo and is great for adding focus to busy photos.

  1. Open a picture into Adobe Photoshop.

  2. Then, press Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer.

  3. Now we'll use Photoshop's noise filter to add some noise. This will make the blast more sharp. Go to Filter> Noise> Add Noise and use the settings below:

  4. Now go to Filter> Blur> Radial Blur and copy the settings below:
